TOPICS WE COVERED:

• sitting comfortably with long spine, energy moving in two directions (up and down)

• stretches for stiff neck

• expansive breathing technique for increasing lung capacity, rib flexibility that also warms up core muscles

• twists to strengthen breathing muscles

• isometric leg press to awaken and condense power in your core

• side planks to spread that energy through your entire body and beyond

• relax on your back, a pillow under your shoulders, to stretch and relax the core
