Sit up straight my friend. Do you words align with your thoughts? Are you acting in alignment with your words and thoughts? Let's move back to our center through the body. In this all levels yoga class, we're working with simple poses and this is probably best as your gentle morning warm up.   In the middle of the class, we spend a lot of time in eagle pose, focusing on eagle arms and how this pose is guiding us back to center. By center, I mean all of our parts moving towards the core of who we are so we can be in Self and function from a place of power and integrity. This applies to the alignment of your joints in your physical body as well as the alignment and inner harmony between your body, mind and spirit; connecting physical tangible external world with your abstract invisible felt experienced inner world.
