Legs are stiff and sore? These simple yoga poses will help bring back movement and flow. This mini yoga class combines stretches with muscle contractions to get blood flowing through the joints and tissues of the lower body. You don't have to do much to feel it and you don't have to force anything. Yoga is all about feeling it, just feel it, feel whatever you feel. It's all good.
