Take this simple yin yoga class if your low back feels tight, stiff or sore. Every pose is on the ground stretching and we will hold each yoga pose for multiple minutes (2-5) to allow your body to let go, release and relax. Do not take this class if your back pain is caused from major injury. Seek out a teacher or healer who can guide you in person with a custom practice. Otherwise, this class is accessible for most body types and levels of experience. Yin yoga stretches the connective tissues. Connective tissues are supposed to be very tight because they hold your body together. Yin yoga usually feels very intense during and very relaxing afterwards.
