This is a simple hatha yoga class to help you feel into your body and loosen up your hips. The hips can move in 6 different ways (forward and back, side to side, internal and external rotation). In this 30min short but sweet yoga practice we spend the first 5min discussing how awesome hips are and then 25min stretching in poses. This class is appropriate for all levels, most body types and can be practiced anywhere with or without props
