It's snowing outside and per usual, I'm in my bikini doing yoga in my heated studio. At the beginning of this video I also explain one of the reasons I'm always doing yoga in my bikini....it's not just because it's gorgeous to look at...there are other benefits too. ;) I highly recommend practicing yoga in as little clothing as possible.
This yoga class will teach you some poses to improve hip flexibility, release stress and give you a sense of grounding. The root chakra is at the base of the spine and extends into the lower part of our body including muscles associated with fight/flight and feeling stability in life, capable of facing whatever comes our way.
