Join me for a relaxing slow paced vinyasa yoga flow inspired by the power of being together with your body in the present moment. If you’re feeling lonely, it’s easy to stay stuck and sad wondering why you aren’t enjoying the company of other people. It’s a total downer. So be with me for a moment and together we’ll tune in to the sensations of our bodies. Your body is a living breathing being that you can communicate and interact with at any moment. It’s always speaking to you, seneing you signals and just BEing present. Let’s learn how to be at peace when we are by ourselves by turning inwards and realizing we are never actually alone after all. This yoga practice is friendly for all levels of experience.
