Open and refresh your upper body. We're on the floor the entire time, slowly stretching your shoulders by moving your arms in different directions. You'll feel spacious in your armpits and all around you ribcage. The goal in this class is to slow down and listen to the subtle sensations you feel in your body as you hold still in each pose. A lot is taking place inside your body and when you move into these simple yet challenging positions you may feel energy shift, tingling, airy lightness or relaxation.
