About 75% of the restoration process is already automated.  That's already underway, the plan moving forward is to begin upgrading from some of the older hard drives that we have still in use which are external to an SSD array for application storage.

UPDATE Good news! We have an emergency application backup Drive that is currently getting dusted off and plugged into the main work computer which is going to be able to save me a lot of time. Pretty sure I made this specifically to keep my archives of the rare or specialized software from the previous computer. Glad at least half of my brain was thinking ahead. While not as up-to-date as the production backup, it's still going to be a little work but that 4 days timeline has probably just been reduced to 4 hours.

Additional investigation into the problems with hard drive 4 concluded that the fault is not with the hard drive itself but with a twisted cable that was pressed behind some of the other Hardware.   The drive is rather new so hopefully getting rid of the cable will prevent this sort of thing from happening in the future. All drives are now on a new powered hub.  The damaged cable has been replaced and is being stripped and recycled. (edited)

Update:
Getting the last of the software Reinstalled. Also, taking this opportunity to update the mirror backup drive for applications.

Note: None of the game data or Unity files for HTH Studios are stored on the same drive as the production applications. Those where the first Hard Drives we made multiple backups of in multiple locations. HTH Studios content is all safe and sound!
