All regions now have ID tags that will trigger the GPS at the top of the screen!

Been fighting a nasty headache today but have still managed to get additional dialogue fixes and updates done! Also, I have one addition to 0.1f that I wasn't expecting to make but I managed to get the Islands in-game CPU up and running at Sapphire Bay.
[5:42 PM]You remember "Liz", right? She'll be expanding into some of the visitor's centers in future updates. I had tested her out a few years ago in the flash build and she seemed rather popular. I'll be updating her with more data as we move forward. She will definitely have an optional toggle ASAP. All sound is getting worked on as updates progress. There are two types of broadcast for her, long-range (at the docks) and short-range (Visitor Center) are shown here. Most of her broadcasts will be short-range and only located in appropriate areas. All broadcasts loop so if you miss her the first time she will repeat the last message.
