I’ve found myself with beautiful ceremonial matcha and I’m reflecting on what tension I feel in my body. Specifically, where is there tension and what is causing it, making it tighter and loser? Thoughts cause feelings. When you feel tense, what are you thinking about? Today, sit inside your body and take note (literally) of where the tension is building up and describe it in great detail. Get to know this part of you who feels tension. What does this part of you need in order to let go? What helps this part of you relax? Comfort this part of you. Be open and creative as you care for this part of yourself. Don’t force tension out. Feel it, hold it lovingly, create a way for it to release so you and your parts flow into feeling better. 💕 As my singing technique teacher told me today… “Always stay open and relaxed.” — Share with us in the comments what’s coming up for you.
