Pool Deck Bikini Yoga Play

Finished my workout, jumped in the pool and rolled out to play with yoga movement in the morning sunshine. Love from Thailand!! Remember to love yourself by moving in ways that feel good. Movement is medicine. Freedom is the goal. Appreciate however much movement you can, however much freedom you have. Savor every little ounce that is here. As I stretched this morning, the camera was recording video and I was absolutely delighting in the feeling of warm air and sun beaming from heaven! The turquoise blue of the pool and sky blue above me. Roosters and dogs making sounds behind me! I am in love with this moment of my life… alive and moving, listening to simple sounds, absorbing nature’s beauty and playing with this body I get to love inside. Thank you for this moment!!!
