Low back pain is common when you spend all day sitting or standing, especially if your posture is wacked. Try these simple yoga poses with me. These yoga poses for the low back will stretch and strengthen the muscles and joints of your lower torso, relieving pain, releasing tension, increasing mobility and reducing stress. Once you learn these simple yoga poses, you can start to practice them daily on your own time (or keep watching my videos if you like being guided). Creatively integrate these new postures into your lifestyle; adjusting the way you hold and move your body. We feel pain when our body is stuck in  one place. We feel healthier and happier when we are in motion, freely moving in any direction we want. A little movement everyday will expand naturally in more movement because as you feel the rewards and progress you'll crave more. This happens with all of us. Start small and watch it grow with consistency.
