I'm teaching for all levels of experience and these poses are accessible for most body types. I love breaking down yoga poses into the most simple, easy to understand, down to earth descriptions for humans who are new to stretching and self care. This is a beginner yoga workshop to help you stretch your feet, create space between your toes, release tension in your ankles and wake up your lower body in general. that I hope inspires you to move your body. I recorded this class in my living room and we have a special guest appearance from my cat, Cara.
