Needed: Your Sweatshirt Size

I'm getting together your Let's Get Physical packages and want to include a sweatshirt for you or someone you'd like to regift it to. Please let me know which size you'd like me to send you and tell me if there's been any changes to your address.

NOTE: I think the sizes run on the small side so I'd size up. I, for example, am 5'4" 115lbs but I get a size medium.
