An anonymous short story commission to take the suggestion from last month's Community Caption poll to do a sequel to Candie's Kitchen.

"Do you know anything about this show?" Tina fidgeted in the seat beside her roommate, Kay, one hand silently clutching the pull handle on the door as the other girl swerved through traffic. She knew better than to complain; she didn't know how to drive at all, herself, something Kay was happy to remind her of any time Tina asked if maybe they could slow down.

"It's on Youtube," Kay shrugged, the car edging slightly into the next lane as she did, making Tina wince. "Obviously, it's doing pretty well... You saw the contract."

Tina had, indeed, although not nearly as much as she would have liked... After seeing the number on the salary for the new co-hosts, Kay had insisted they sign them and get them back right away, before anyone at the show changed their minds. "Even just a couple months of this would cover our rent until we're out of school!" she'd pointed out to Tina. "We can tough it out for that long!"

It had been Kay's idea, too, to move out of the dorms, into their own apartment right outside campus. They'd been made roomies their freshman year, and while there was a part of Tina that wouldn't have minded getting a new one, or her own room, Kay insisted they were going to see their college careers through together... Tina had never been a match for the other girl's energy, or attitude, so, though their apartment was nice, they were now stuck with a rent bill neither of them could afford, and parents who would have been just as happy to see them move back into the dorms.

"I don't know," Tina shrugged quietly. "Something just feels a little... off... about this."

"What could go wrong?" Kay rolled her eyes. "I'm a great cook! You've said so yourself... Just sit back and let me take care of it, like always."

Tina's cheeks reddened, part of her wanting to point out all the scrapes Kay's big mouth had gotten them into, that she'd been able to help them escape, that she wasn't just riding on the other girl's coattails, even if it felt that way to her, sometimes, too. She didn't think Kay actually meant it, so it wasn't worth getting into an argument over... It still stung, however. "I-I just think it's weird they agreed to hire us without meeting us in person," she mumbled, squirming down lower in her seat.

"Calm down," Kay chuckled. "What's the worst that could happen?"

Tina felt especially silly once they reached their destination, and they were greeted with a very pleasant-looking woman in an apron. "It's so nice to meet you two!" she gushed. "I'm Candie... I'm so happy to have you both in my kitchen!"

"We're so happy to be here!" Kay spoke up, as usual, giving Candie a big hug. "We're such huge fans!"

"Oh, are you?" the older woman smiled, Tina certain she could see a bit of a glint in her eye. "Well, that's wonderful! I can't wait to work with the two of you... My fans are just going to eat you up! Now, let me get a good look at you..." She stepped back, gaze bouncing between the pair before setting on Kay. "You!" she pointed, Tina's stomach immediately sinking, despite her reservations about all this. "I love your hair!" she reached over, giving Kay's curly, blonde locks a stroke, then turning to Tina. "We'll get yours looking just like it."

"H-Huh?" Tina blushed, reaching for her own long, straight, brown hair. "Wh-What are you doing to my hair?"

"My new co-hosts are supposed to be twins," Candie told her, speaking calmly and quietly, in a way that made it seem like she was talking to a child, while still being soothing enough that it was hard for Tina to feel too insulted. "It was in the contract."

"Yeah, Tina," Kay smirked. "Didn't you read it?" Tina glared at her, almost ready to yell at her about how she was the reason they hadn't, before remembering they were standing in front of the person who had potentially written it, or at least overseen it.

"You're already bickering like real sisters," Candie laughed. "Lauren, could you take Tina here to hair and makeup? I'll handle Kay's wardrobe, and we can get started on filming the start of the first episode."

"W-Wait!" Tina shook her head as a woman walked over, took her hand, turning and blushing, seeing that the new person looked quite tall next to her. "I-I'm not sure about this..."

"Oh, sweetie," Candie knelt down next to her, Tina frowning, wondering why that was necessary, when she'd been certain she was close to the same height as her when they were introduced a minute ago, "I know it might be a little scary, but I promise, you're completely safe."

"B-But..." Tina sputtered, getting led away, down a hall, where she was plopped into a barber's chair. She felt anxious, seeing there were no mirrors set up in front of it, nothing to give her any indication of what was happening, while a cloth was draped over her, fastened behind her neck, a new woman reaching past her, picking up a pair of scissors. "I-I don't know about this..." she squirmed in the chair, squeaking as it was tilted back, the woman gathering up her hair, starting to snip.

Tina had no say in the process, couldn't get anyone to listen to her as her hair was trimmed, colored, curled... All she could do was sit there and pout, feeling ever so small and helpless, and silently cursing her friend for getting them into this. It wasn't that she thought her hair was anything special - it was pretty plain, boring - but it was hers... If anything, she wanted to dye it some crazy color, not be stuck looking like Kay...

And yet, when it was over, that's exactly what happened, her stomach churning as she was helped down off the chair, which seemed so much higher than it was when she'd gotten up there, a blonde curl bouncing in front of her face. She sniffled, brushing it away angrily.

"Aww, what's wrong, sweetie?" Lauren cooed at her. "Don't worry, you'll be back with your sister in no time."

"We aren't sisters!" Tina shook her head - a bad idea, if she didn't want to be reminded of her makeover.

"You're twins," Lauren chuckled. "Of course you're sisters. Now, come along, we need to get you dressed."

Tina didn't really have much of a choice... Lauren was so big, and strong, there was no way she could wrest her hand from the woman's grip as she was taken to another room. There was a dress waiting on a hanger for her, but it looked so tiny, Tina was positive it couldn't fit... Not to mention, it was incredibly childish, a white baby-doll dress with pink polka dots, and a pink Peter Pan collar, the sleeves short and poofy. This wasn't an outfit for a pretty college co-ed like her! This was more suited for a toddler!

And, sure enough, she was right about it being too small - though not as much as she'd expected. It fit, for the most part, though the skirt was too short, showing off her lavender panties. "I-Is there something else?" she blushed, tugging at the hem nervously.

"Of course!" Lauren smiled down at her. "We wouldn't expect you to cook without some protection!"

She slid a frilly, white apron over Tina's head, tying it behind her back. Tina looked down, blushing again, seeing the words, 'Teeny Tina,' stitched across the front on pink. "Th-This isn't quite..." she squirmed.

"Come on, we can't be late!" Lauren urged, taking her hand again, half dragging Tina back to set, where the girl could see Candie smiling at the cameras, working alongside an adorable little toddler with bouncy, golden curls, a dress that was the inverse of Tina's, pink with white polka dots and a white collar... And a thick, disposable diaper peeking out from underneath it. Just the sight of it made Tina uncomfortable, even before they finished up the take they were working on, and Lauren announced, "We're back!", making the pair turn.

She should have known, really, yet it still made Tina gasp, realizing the little girl she'd seen next to Candie was, in fact, her roommate. Tina's stomach churned as Kay giggled, toddling up to see, seeing the girl's toddling gait, hearing the sound of the diaper... And, especially, realizing, when Kay got right next to her, that they were the same size. That had never been true - Kay was a couple inches taller - but it definitely shouldn't be so now, when Kay was so clearly the 'Baby Kay' her own apron declared her to be.

"Oh, my gosh!" she smirked, giving Tina's tummy a poke. "She's such a baby!"

"Hey, now," Candie lectured gently, "be nice to your sister. You look adorable, dear."

"Wh-What did you do to us?" Tina sniffled, staring up at her, then over at Kay again, unable to take her eyes off her padded bottom.

"Nothing that wasn't in the contract, cutie," Candie tapped her on the end of the nose, Tina feeling something left behind there, glancing over at Kay to see a streak of flower on her own nose, realizing they truly were twins... Except in one, important aspect. "Now, I want you to stand over here, and turn around..." Candie led the anxious girl over to the seat, positioning her just so, Kay trailing along behind, giggling, clearly unaware of her own condition as she hopped up onto a step-stool behind the counter. "No, you stay down for now, Kay," Candie told her, lifting her off. "Stay very quiet, all right? I'll show you when to pop up!"

Tina pulled at her skirt, still feeling confused, a little scared, uncertain of how she was going to get out of this. "Where did that Kay go?" Candie asked, hands on her hips. "I asked her to fetch me those ingredients so long ago! Kay? Where are you?" she turned around, letting out a gasp of faux surprise. "There she is!" Tina squeaked as she was picked up, Candie not struggling at all - no surprise, given how tiny, indeed, she was. "Where are the ingredients, Kay?" she asked, before turning Tina around to the camera. "Oh, look, everyone! It isn't Kay at all!"

"Ta-da!" Kay giggled, hopping up onto her stool.

"Look at that," Candie smiled. "Everyone, this is Kay's twin sister, Tina! Having two helpers is twice as good, isn't it, girls?" Kay nodded her head obediently, Tina still too stunned to respond. "Just like Pampers' new diapers are twice as good! Don't you think so, Tina?" She gave Tina's bottom a pat, then shook her head. "Tina, were you playing dress-up again? I know that's fun, but you have to keep your diapers on, or you'll have an accident! Come on, everyone!"

Tina frowned, wiggling her feet as she was carried off to another corner of the room, where there was a changing mat set up, surrounded by supplies, first and foremost a full package of Pampers, with a fresh one lying right in the center of the mat, folded up, waiting. Candie slid the panties off the reluctant Tina's legs, lying her down on the crinkly mat, and picked up the diaper. "They're extra thick, to soak up the biggest messes!" she exclaimed, giving them a squeeze, Tina groaning quietly in the background. "And just look at these designs! So adorable! They're Pampers' best diapers yet... In fact, they're twice as good as any others, aren't they, Kay?"

"Uh-huh!" Kay spoke up, clearly glad to be the center of attention, as usual.

"Do you want to help me get your sister into one?" Tina shook her head, while Kay happily nodded, toddling to the side of the mat, ready to grab whatever bottle the woman requested. For her part, Tina was weakly trying to squirm away, to escape the puffy, padded prison Candie had slid under her bottom, helpless to stop to parade of lotions and oils and powders, until, at last, the bigger woman tugged up the front and taped her snugly into her new diaper, completing the job of making her Kay's twin.

"All right, you two," Candie smiled, standing up, offering each of them a hand. "Let's go finish baking!"

What choice did she have? Tina had been turned into a toddler, diapered and dolled up... And she'd agreed to it all, apparently, in that stupid contract she'd tried to convince Kay to let her read. She waddled back towards the counter, shocked at how big the diaper was, how loud it seemed with every step, seeing a second step-stool there, just like Kay's.

"Okay, Tina," Candie exclaimed, once the cameras were rolling again. "Kay has been a big help so far," she gave the audience a big wink, one Kay didn't appear to notice, "but now it's your turn! It looks like Kay wasn't able to find an egg after all, so what do you think we can use instead?"

"Don't ask her!" Kay protested. "She's just a dumb baby!" Tina blushed, wanting to point out how this whole thing was the other girl's fault, but deciding to stay quiet instead.

"That's not very nice," Candie scolded. "Well, Kay, what do you think will work, then, miss smarty-pants?"

"Well," Kay said smugly, "I know... umm..."

Tina could practically see a bit of the light escaping the other girl's eyes, her expression turning a bit duller, more childish, a line of drool dribbling from the corner of her mouth... She definitely did see something else, though, the damp stain that began forming on the girl's diaper. Tina gasped, squirming, feeling uncomfortable at the sight of her friend wetting herself, not appearing to notice, or care... She could almost feel the warmth herself, the wetness as she helplessly tinkled her diaper...

In fact, she could. She gasped, glancing down at herself, at her own diaper, peeking out from beneath her too-short skirt - which was clearly designed to leave her diaper exposed - and saw an identical spot there, realized that she'd been wetting herself, too... Just like her twin. Did that mean she'd lost something else, too? Was Kay's arrogance turning the both of them into mindless, drooling toddlers?!

When she reached up to her mouth, however, it was dry, while Candie smiled, gently wiped Kay's off with her apron. "Why don't you really think about it, Tina?" she suggested. "I bet you could think of something?"

"Ummm.... Mayo?" Tina had no idea where the thought came from - it hadn't been there a moment ago, when Candie had asked - but it felt right, somehow.

Tina smiled, an odd sense of pride washing over her as Candie praised her as, "Such a clever girl!" It was strange... Tina didn't cook, leaving all of that to Kay... But, as they went on, she was the one who kept coming up with the answers, while Kay kept trying to interrupt, to prove herself, only to come up short every time, before going back to acting more and more childishly...

Was she somehow borrowing that knowledge from Kay? Was it some kind of a reward for not trying to show off, to prove she was better and smarter than Candie? It was hard not to think that way, the longer it went on... Or to feel a bit smug, being the more clever of the pair of friends for once, the one who was being turned to for answers, and ideas...

At least, until she saw Kay squat down slightly. There was a part of Tina that knew, right away, what was happening, had been around enough toddlers to recognize it, but, despite everything that had already happened, she refused to accept it until she saw the lump forming in the seat of the other girl's diaper. Tina's eyes darted to Kay's face, looking for some hint of recognition, that she was doing this on purpose, however the girl was obliviously sucking on the end of the spatula Candie had given her a few minutes before.

Was this how far things had gotten? Tina shivered. Was Kay reduced to messing her diaper without noticing, like a real toddler? She squirmed, wrinkling her nose in sympathy, wondering if she should offer to give back some of the girl's knowledge - as if she had any idea how to do that - only, in her movement, to notice something else, a mushy, sticky sensation in her own pants.

"No!" she gasped, her hands shooting to the back of her diaper, sinking in slightly to the growing mass there. She fought desperately to stop herself, to regain control, but there was nothing she could do... She was just as helpless to stop her ballooning diaper as Kay.

"I'm afraid so," Candie told her with a chuckle. "We have to let them cool, or you two will burn yourselves. But I think I know something we can do while we wait, don't you?" She winked, turning the girls around to the camera, Tina blushing, knowing what the lens, and the audience, was going to be able to see. "The twins do everything together," she said. "It's a good thing Pampers' new diapers are twice as nice, so they can keep up with them! All right, girls, finish up! The sooner I get you into a nice, fresh Pamper, the sooner you can enjoy the fruits of our labor!"

Tina nodded, grunting, knowing that was all she could do anyway. Now she really wished she'd read that contract, had some kind of an idea of how long this was going to go on... She had a bad feeling this was going to be far from the last messy diaper she had to suffer through, however. Maybe this would work in reverse, Tina could intentionally flub a questions or two, and they could work together, share the knowledge, balance things out so they both had just enough potty training to stop it... Except, of course, that Kay was such a know-it-all, she'd inevitably end up squandering it, trying to prove she was even better than Candie, and they'd be right back here... And, unfortunately, since they were twins, Tina had to rely on the other girl's potty training to be able to keep her own diaper clean.

At least, that's how she hoped it would work... For all she knew, though, it was totally separate, Candie trying to show Kay she wasn't as smart as she thought, and their continence. Maybe whatever had allowed the woman, or this place, to shrink them down into toddlers had also taken away all their ability to keep their pants dry and clean, and, whether they worked together or not, they still wouldn't be able to stop it.

Tina had no idea... But she had a feeling she, and her twin, were going to have plenty of chances to find out before their contract finally expired. They were the new co-hosts, after all, not just a guest spot... And Pampers surely had pretty deep pockets, and could keep sponsoring the show for a long, long time...
