Hydroelectric Dam (27x48) - 4th map next month!

Story

This dam provides the surrounding towns of all of their energy needs. The corporation owning the plant has been ordered to provide the local government with a detailed report of all of its energy generation, and suggestions on how to expand operation in the future.

While they were running by the numbers, something was off. It seemed that a certain amount of energy was generated, but never reached its intended destination. Engineers confirmed that the energy could not have been "lost" somewhere along the way in any natural or explainable way.

Perhaps the electricity was being tapped off? You are sent to the location to take a look. Speak to the engineers onsite and find if anyone could explain the discrepancy.

Inspiration

The main inspiration for the map came from the Dam level in Halo 3, I forgot what i was called. The general layout is very similar, perhaps some of you will recognize it.

4th map

This is the 3d map for November, the 4th map is on the way, but it looks like it will be in December when it's fully ready to upload. This means that there will be 5 maps next month.
