The sewer system that sits below Kelpin City is often used as a smuggling route.
Maintenance crews and other citizens that have business here should be very careful when they are in this area.

Something about futuristic/modern sewers just is so intriguing, I'm not sure what it is. I think because it is proof of a somewhat functioning society (at least has existed), that cared to plan and build a system under their city for all kinds of water management purposes.

Of course, the atmosphere in sewers is just always so good.
