The map represents a platform at sea, can be used for multiple different activities and operations.
The platform has place for a helipad, a dock for cargo ships to moor at, and an elevator that reaches all the way to the bottom of the ocean, perhaps some kind of deep-sea lab?

This map was suggested by Ash in this post where I asked you all what you would like to see.
