January and February PoTM

I’m forking out a ton to have these two made early (before I’m even paid by patreon) just to ensure the pin of the month is on time and there's no manufacturing delays up until February :’3 Wish I could afford to do more in advance but they are the biggest cost of the club and we've suffered a lot of loss in members/ funding lately :(
