Pitch!

Yesterday I worked more on editing my Cinderella novel. This resulted in a (hopefully) better written chapter and a lot of frustration. Blerg.

Today went MUCH better! I put together a pitch for the event company I work for to get them to hire me to expand their instagram reach. And, despite being a very businessy thing, I think I did a very good job proposing something that will be very good for the business and an achievable project for me with actual, quantifiable, results. I never think of projects like that!

I also found another publication to pitch my "In Toontown" essay to and I actually sent it!

If both of these pitches come through they'll cover and entire month of expenses so I'm really proud of myself for putting them together. Keep your fingers crossed.
