Hi folks,
Here's the first episode.
I think I might have got a little bit carried away with scene transitions and animated FX but I like to experiment. I'm sure I'll calm down a bit once the novelty has worn off.
So... anyone else playing FF7 Rebirth? I think I'm in Chapter 9 at the moment. Feeling a bit bipolar about the game to be honest. lol. I can't quite describe it without sounding like an absolute maniac.
I'm 83% sure it's the greatest game I've ever played. Butt... the pacing has felt a bit off ever since around Chapter 6. And there's too much side-stuff. Way too much. First 5 Chapters had me feeling like 'This game is insane. It can't be real. I must be in a coma or something'. And I was doing ALL of the side stuff.
But everything since - I've been like 'Please. I'm full. No more mini-games, I beg you'. Whilst the game is like 'EAT IT. EAT THE SIDE STUFF. YOU CAN'T LEAVE UNTIL YOU'VE CLEARED YOUR PLATE'. I fear I'll be playing this game for the rest of my life.
It's almost as if Square Enix heard the criticism of the side quests in FF7 Remake. And they were like "Oh. Want side stuff, do ya?! We'll give you side stuff you f*cks!"
