Early Access - Chapter Twenty

Hey everybody peeps,

So, if this was a big blockbuster movie, Chapter Twenty would basically be the ending.  With the next chapters being post-credit scenes.  And they probably wouldn't have bothered with the Thrall bits at all cos... the pay-off for that was only ever to set up the Burning Crusade expansion anyway.  

Also, they probably would've focused more on the battle rather than just kinda glossing over it.  lol.

But yeah - this series is now practically finished.  FeelsGoodMan.  Another one in the bag.  I beat myself up regularly about how long it takes to get through these books (cos someone could blatantly read them faster than I can put videos out) but... as Emily pointed out not so long ago to me... the Dawn of the Aspects SuperCut only went up in March 2020.  So I've actually made 4 (nearly 5) Warcraft 'movies' in the last 18 or so months.   No wonder I needed to take so many breaks.  

Anyway - How you finding 9.1?  It's been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for me, if i'm honest.  lol.  

Day One - Bloody loved it.  So much so, I got a bit carried away and did all of the weekly content despite trying to pace myself.

Day Two - Got a bit scared that there were only three dailies and that was it.  But then realised Korthia had a whole bunch of stuff hidden away so still loved it.  

Day Three - Bloody Drab Gromit quest happened.  Plus, after spending about an hour trying and failing to loot Invasive Mawshrooms that kept disappearing before I could get to them... I finally got a tasty mawshroom... fed it to Darkmaul.  And then got DC'd from the game and I'm pretty sure it didn't count.  So... I had a tantrum and hated Korthia that day.

Side note:  I logged in really early the next morning (before daily reset) and the Drab Gromit quest was easy as piss.  No one else was around. 

Day Four - Revendreth Maw Assault was pretty unique and fun.  I wasn't expecting a tea party.  But that's pretty much all I did because I spent the entire day building a shed outside yesterday and then watched the football last night.

So yeah - mostly positive from me.  Only time will tell how long that lasts though.  Because Season 2 isn't going to add an awful lot extra for filthy casuals like myself.  I'm looking forward to watching other people do the raid lol.  And the upcoming story stuff / cinematics, obviously.   And I'm secretly and desperately praying that the fact we only earn like 2 Renown a week doesn't mean this patch is going to last another 20 weeks as the math suggests.
