When you sit to write, craft the entire experience.

Something tasty to nipple on and sip. Food you feel proud eating, with integrity, energizing and simple.

A comfortable seat that supports upward posture. Cushions. Backrest. Feet touch the floor.

An environment that soothes and inspires. Count how many sounds you can hear. Play gentle music. Hang a wind chime. Turn on a water feature. What does it smell like? Light a candle. Sit near fragrant flowers. Can you feel a gentle breeze? Open a window. Sit outside. Are the flowers blooming? Where is the light shining? What color is the light?

Turn open to a fresh new page. Look at the inviting blankness. It is impossible to mess it up. Anything your write or draw here is welcome and good, valuable, helpful and interesting. I guerantee you that whatever you write says something important about you. Can you believe this enough to fully let it out? Struggling to believe? Today I write in a garden in Bali. Drinking fresh hot ginger lemon water with honey and seed balls on the side.
