How do you embrace your eroticism? How do you embrace your eroticism without any judgement or shame? OR do you feel ashamed for the things you like due to what "society" says or thinks?
It can be VERY challenging to embrace one's eroticism...Especially in the culture we live in. For me I have had to puncture through many, many obstacles within myself to finally feel FREE, to be ME.
Still have my moments where I want to crawl into a cave and not fully embrace who I am...When that part of us can be expressed whether through breathing, dancing, moving or through orgasm--we feel a sense of euphoria and a sense of MOVING FORWARD, instead of feeling stuck in the constant shame cycle.
When we can embrace our sensuality and our sexuality there is a weight that is lifted. Our aura grows brighter. We are kinder and more empathetic.
Of course YOU being the judge between right and wrong...and as long as you're being gentle with yourself and to others YOU will start to feel more free. You will start to care less of what others may think of you.
All of the interviews I have seen or heard coming from the older population is ALWAYS THIS: "Stop caring what other's think."
Of course always being respectful to those around you.
