Let’s get deeper into Internal Family Systems (IFS) and how different internal 'parts' or 'archetypes' within us can sometimes be at odds with each other. 🥺
In my experience these parts are here to protect us, and it's important to listen to and understand each of them, rather than seeing them as absolute truths. 💕
We have to learn to negotiate and find a balance between these different aspects of ourselves. 🧘🏻♂️
