There have been an overload of holiday posts, so ima flip the script real quick and share cheeky photos of me waking up in my favorite desert hOMe doing my best impression of my saguaro cactus friendšµ
I donāt think I do him justice, but Iām still the most huggable oneš„°heheh
Arizona will always hold such a special place in my heart. I was born here, grew up here, and graduated from the UofA before I moved to California. Iām sure you can imagine how many memories Iāve created here. Every time Iām back visiting, itās inevitable that I go into reflection mode and both grieve and celebrate all the old versions of mySelf Iāve morphed through.
With 2023 coming around the corner, Iām also reflecting on the person I still want to become. Each day I attempt to be the best version of my Self and that means a lot of conscious effort, mistakes, learning, unlearning, patience, and acceptance. Being a human is weird, but Iām here for the wild journey and so happy with where itās taken me thus far.
(Just a little extra bit you may feel inclined to read, but I took these photos right in my front yard exposed to the street and my neighbors. Normalizing nudity ftw!)
