Feb 18. Cardio and abs. Lost almost 6lb. Going to repeat this tomorrow. First weekend I am home 2days. Easy keep diet maintain when I get home Saturday and leave Sunday morning. Before feb I always lost weight during week and added 10-12 back from junk food. Then cut it all. Rinse repeat. Sisters house is full of All the junk temptations and visit there today lol.
