Have a nice 4th Advent!
You remember my training buddy Eda, right? On this video she does her best in DNF. Also breath up included. As she did not have neck weight, she swam on half lungs and achieved 45m. She had contractions all the way after turn. No fireworks in the end, but milion $ view and pure emotions.
This was her new record!
Next time we put on the weights and see what she is capable of!
