
hi everyone >< how are you doing??? lately I've been noticing that my eating habits are really weighing me down and I'm not happy with my diet
almost all my life I don't eat meat, eggs, chicken, milk and I try to limit myself to seafood for various reasons... actually im very glad I don't eat meat, I feel lighter and more confident when I eat foods that don't weigh me down, I can feel light and taut in my body!!!!
but I often replace these foods with chocolate, I get terrible migraines if I stop eating it abruptly, sometimes chocolate is the only joy of the day for me to eat chocolate and wait for it to digest so I can eat it again, then I only want to eat it:/ I don't feel the measure and it's a drag:( I think there is no "right or wrong food" but when you eat something in large quantities every day - it spoils your body. now I try to replace my eating habits, reduce the amount of sugar per day and switch to fructose from fruits, also not to wait in anticipation until the food is digested, and replace it with my hobbies, reading books, learning languages, or watching movies…
