Today, the temperature dropped suddenly, so I decided to kick off my morning with a hot bath and sea salt🥰 My neck’s also a bit stiff on the left side, probably from the cold. I’m hoping the warm water helps me relax and that it eases up soon!😭 And yes, u guessed it — I’m writing this post from the bath!
