This weekend, I will be spending lots and lots of time resting in the sunshine. I am going to give myself abit of time to decompress and unwind as much as I can. I hope you are able to take some time to do so aswell. Please remember to take time to care for yourself. #fyp

Lounging in light. For a few minutes the sunshine came out to say hello. I am glad it got to enjoy the sunshine. It only lasted for 10 minutes but during that time, I laid out and did a few minutes of yoga. 💛 #fyp
