How exhibitionism improved my self-esteem
After reading part 16 of my Diary, a fan wrote:
"Please tell us more about how your exhibitionism has improved your self-esteem and self-image."
I would say that exposing myself more and more has increased my self-confidence and made me progressively more comfortable in my body. The more you do something, the more natural and easy it becomes. I have also become more confident in general with others. I have gradually been able to stop worrying about the looks or judgments of others, to appreciate positive feedback (approving or envious glances, kind comments) and to let go of the negative.
By being an exhibitionist, I became part of a community. I started visiting nudists resorts and nudity-friendly places with my Master. As I said in my previous diary post, we were looking at what other exhibitionists were sharing on the Internet. I realized that nudity can be normal, that no one is perfect, that all human bodies are beautiful. Gradually I have learned to appreciate my body despite its little flaws, and not to be ashamed of them or try to hide them. I became proud of being an exhibitionist and it's now a part of who I am. I believe that self-confidence enhances beauty and sexiness. When you feel free, feel yourself, it shows.
Finally, exposing myself but especially sharing photos and videos on the internet has led to receiving tons of positive feedback over the years, and this has certainly helped to further increase my self-esteem and self-image. I have always been supported in everything I have done and I still am thanks to you on Fansly. I know that I bring happiness to many and that also contributes to my self-esteem π
