Diary of a submissive part 7 My Master As you all know I am a submissive and my husband is my master. I was asked by some fans to tell you more about my master. So today I want to tell you a bit more about him and the man he is. My master is not a controlling person, ironically. Diary of a submissive part 9 Bottom, submissive, slave What is the difference between bottom, submissive, and slave? First, I must say that all these labels are very subjective and their meanings can vary for different people. The only definitions that really matter are your own, and the person you are in a relationship with. However, there appear to be a certain consensus: one key difference resides in the level of power exchange. Let me offer you my take! Bottom: the receiving partner in play (sexual activities), the one experiencing sensations given by the "top" person. It usually involves little or no power exchange. Submissive: the submissive chooses to give control and obey to the dominant. Submissives are owned by their dominant. It involves more power exchange outside of play but the submissive can retain control of some areas. Slave: slavery is a more extreme form of submission. The slave consents not to consenting. The slave gives away all of his/her power, in every aspect of their life, he/she doesn't get to choose what he/she controls. The goal of the slave is to please and serve the master. "Service" is the performance of tasks for the master, including non-sexual tasks like cooking, cleaning, etc. It is usually 24/7 and more high protocol. I see myself more like a submissive than a slave because even though I chose to give the control to my husband, it involved a lot of discussion between us and he is often checking what I liked and didn't.
