no workout today. I felt too sleepy and weak. also was hungry half the day — and kinda mad because of it lol I did take new pics though! I didn’t sleep much last night, so now I’m feeling sleepy again. this morning, I tried a k-pop dance workout, and it was so fun :3 *I realized I haven’t done much fitness stuff this fall, so maybe it’s time to start again? I planned to go out today, but as soon as I stepped outside in heels, I realized… nope, not for me. it was even a bit painful, so I just went back home. I did manage to get some work done, though. but now I think I’ll try to take a nap. feeling a bit tired today. need some rest. #fyp #onoff #officegirl #glasses #skinny #tease #teacher

I felt really anxious again today. but working out helped me. I always forget how much it helps. I got out of bed, wiped my tears, and started moving. it felt necessary. and I managed to do it. I’m so proud of myself. I’m feeling a little better now. little by little. slowly getting stronger again. #fyp #tomboy #androgynous #enby #nonbinary #bluehair #alternative
