Banana pancakes without sugar ๐
Ingredients: 2 bananas ๐๐, 2 eggs๐๐, 120 grams of flour, cinnamon if desired, dough leavener (1/2 teaspoon or so)
Recipe: mash two bananas with a fork. Add the eggs and mix. Sift flour and pour in, stirring to combine. Heat a non-stick skillet and fry on both sides without oil over very low heat for about 2 minutes or less. I prefer to flip more often so they don't stick. Done, you've got yourself a delicious easy breakfast! ๐๐
