Of course this post is cosplay and not foot content but still I am very pleased that there are some of you who like my foots and here's why: Lately, I’ve been dealing with some foot-related issues that actually go back to my childhood. I was a very active and sporty kid — even tried ballet — but I started noticing that my feet would cramp whenever I pointed my toes. It turns out, this was an early sign of deeper biomechanical problems that I never fully understood until now. after a detailed examination, I found out that I have: Transverse flat feet – the front part of my foot is flattened, which causes pressure to shift toward the second and third toes. Overpronation, especially on my left foot – my foot rolls inward more than it should, affecting my posture and balance. A weakened longitudinal arch – my arch is functionally collapsed due to chronic overload. A weight imbalance between my legs – my left foot carries more load, causing compensation through my hips and knees. The beginning of hallux valgus – the big toe starts to drift inward. Cramping and sensitivity in my feet – especially during certain activities like biking or stretching. All of this affects more than just how I walk. It influences my knees, hip alignment, posture, and even how I feel in everyday movements. I'm now focusing on daily walks, supportive shoes, soft massage techniques, and strengthening exercises to rebuild stability step by step. It’s a long process, but it feels good to finally understand what’s going on. I was examined a year ago, but I received a detailed consultation only now. if you remember, I bought running shoes, but it's better not to run and jump yet I very often have pain in my feet and even massaging my feet with hands is It hurts a lot... When I go for a massage, I always ask not to touch my feet, otherwise the pain will last for several days. I used to think that the massage therapist did the massage incorrectly, but it was about me

Hi everyone! I decided to go ahead and share more McDonald’s content. Sorry for the bad lighting in the photo — I swear I’ll redo this photoset :3 While my back is taking a break, I’m entertaining myself by watching the amazing animated show Common Side Effects. I’m genuinely impressed by how well-developed the characters are, the visual style, and the deep storyline. It actually stirs up so many emotions and admiration that it’s hard to put into words. If you haven’t started watching it yet, I highly recommend it! But don’t expect any spoilers from me :) Honestly, I used to be really stubborn and annoying in my views about what’s worth watching and what’s not. Even if a show or cartoon was great and I would’ve liked it, I would deny myself the pleasure just because it was too popular — I didn’t want to be “part of the crowd.” But now, I don’t care whether something is popular or not. I just watch what I like, and if other people like it too, that actually makes me happy. Although… there are still some stubborn bits left in me. For example, I really don’t like when people refuse to use their own brains and constantly ask others to do things for them — to figure something out or learn something. It’s totally fine to struggle with something and ask for advice, but it really annoys me when people always dump everything onto others instead of trying to do it themselves Don’t worry, none of you have ever done anything like that to me :D #skinny #cosplay #teen #tiny #costume #petite #slender #tummy #small

Today has been a really long day. My washing machine even broke down at some point, but let's go in order. First, I went to the ferry early in the morning to check the schedule and prices. I want to go to an island! Then, I went grocery shopping at Macro—it's a huge hypermarket where you can buy good cheese and olive oil. And I found… CORDYCEPS! I have no idea what to do with it, but I bought it and plan to eat it. Also, I showed ChatGPT a photo of what I bought, and it said I could actually grow more cordyceps. If I end up causing a zombie apocalypse like in The Last of Us, please don’t be mad at me. and here is my recommendation of the anime Kusuriya no Hitorigoto. i recommend it because Cordyceps reminded me of this incredible anime After that, I came home, unpacked the groceries, started cleaning, and put my bedding in the wash. I was already too hungry to cook anything, so I went out and got a passion fruit and mango smoothie, along with some food from 7-Eleven. When I got back home, the washing machine was beeping strangely and showing an error about the water not coming in. I tried to figure out what was wrong, but after a while, the machine just started working properly again. I had already found the warranty and was about to go to the store to deal with the issue. But there was a positive side to it—I ended up organizing all my documents and throwing out things that didn’t belong there. Then I had a nice nap, and now I’m writing this post. Oh, and by the way, I don’t know why, but Thai women give me a lot of compliments. They praise my face and figure, and they’re really sweet. This never happened in my home country. It’s very nice and gives me confidence. At first, I thought they might say this to everyone, but there are a lot of people around, and I haven’t heard them say it to anyone else. Sometimes it’s store employees, and sometimes it’s just Thai women passing by.
