Today was such a weird day. I felt very lost I wanted to eat, but I couldn't do anything about it... I tried to go to the store all evening, but I didn't go anywhere. I found some canned fish in the cupboard, good thing I had breakfast in the morning. I couldn't order delivery either, there were no couriers available. The canned fish saved me. I don't know what it was, but I hope I'll be okay tomorrow. I don't like days like this. I don't understand why it happened. one day I go and run to the store for groceries or snacks and try to improve my condition, walk and walk and the next day I'm like an omega that doesn't need anything.

I just sat there, trapped in my thoughts, until I finally forced myself to leave. now I’m home. I have a plan, I have music, and I have just enough energy to keep from sinking further. I’ll talk about this when I feel ready. for now, just know I’m here, taking my time. thank you for being here too. ♡

Hello, Today, I have no energy or mood at all. Nothing bad happened—it's just one of those days when you wake up and nothing brings joy. It's not that I'm sad or in a bad mood; it's just completely absent. I even thought that a walk might help, but unfortunately, it didn’t. I didn’t even see a single bird, gecko, or animal, as if they, too, had no mood today. I also made a lot of food to try and cheer myself up with this simple trick. It was delicious, but it didn’t change anything—I just ended up overeating, and that feeling has stayed with me all day. A shower and a bit of physical activity didn’t help either. In the end, I just let go and allowed myself to go through this day as it is. Now the day is coming to an end, and I hope that tomorrow will be better
