In recent months I asked you if you would like me to read some of Eckhart Tolle’s work to you through video or audio form. The majority of votes were for video form. So here is my first go at it! I have been on my own spiritual journey for several months now. I will admit that I have fallen back into resistance at times. And I have certainly become attached to outcome and results again. But I am continuing to bring awareness as I observe this in myself. I’ve found that just pausing for a few moments during work to listen to the birds sing and take a few conscious breaths helps so much. “Be at least as interested in what goes on inside you as what happens outside.
