
Hi everyone! This week, I've been super focused on my twerk training. It's been such an amazing journey, and I can't wait to share it with you all π
Every day, I start with a thorough warm-up to get my muscles ready. Stretching is key! I usually film my warm-up sessions so I can see my progress and make sure I'm doing everything right πΉ
I've been practicing different twerk moves and routines, trying to perfect each one. It's not just about shaking your hips; it takes a lot of control and strength. My favorite move so far is the βbooty pop.β π
In between training sessions, I make sure to rest and take care of my body. Hydration and proper nutrition are so important π₯π§
I'm also working on my flexibility and endurance. Sometimes I get frustrated when I don't get a move right, but I remind myself that practice makes perfect πͺ
I've started posting some of my progress videos on social media, and the support from my followers has been incredible. It really motivates me to keep pushing myself β€οΈ
Twerking has become a fun and empowering way for me to express myself. I'm excited to see how much I improve by the end of this week. Stay tuned for more updates! π
