Hi everyone! This week, I've been super focused on my twerk training. It's been such an amazing journey, and I can't wait to share it with you all 💃 Every day, I start with a thorough warm-up to get my muscles ready. Stretching is key! I usually film my warm-up sessions so I can see my progress and make sure I'm doing everything right 📹 I've been practicing different twerk moves and routines, trying to perfect each one. It's not just about shaking your hips; it takes a lot of control and strength. My favorite move so far is the “booty pop.” 🍑 In between training sessions, I make sure to rest and take care of my body. Hydration and proper nutrition are so important 🥗💧 I'm also working on my flexibility and endurance. Sometimes I get frustrated when I don't get a move right, but I remind myself that practice makes perfect 💪 I've started posting some of my progress videos on social media, and the support from my followers has been incredible. It really motivates me to keep pushing myself ❤️ Twerking has become a fun and empowering way for me to express myself. I'm excited to see how much I improve by the end of this week. The Twerk Training Boot Camp was a success!
