This isn't to worry anyone but it may come to a surprise to many who haven't heard. I've suffered an injury during a dance at the end of Monday which was painful enough to warn me to stop. The sensation was a popping in my lower rib either by an elbow or knee hitting it, or simply pulling a muscle underneath the rib. It wasn't a sharp internal fracture for it was more dull of a pain than if my rib had broken, and didn't find much for bruising on the affected area. The pain is dulling out a lot since that night, it's really only upset when I crunch forward is some positions. I heir on the side of caution and waiting another week or two till I can confidently return. I'll be taking it very easy on my body from high energy movement at least for the next week and seeing how I feel. Sadly I'll need to place my plans aside for halloween and De Los Muertos for my health. Thanks for understanding!
