Shout out to the individual who commented under one of these last posts. It took me 10 minutes to get this out of the freezer I’m in that much pain. But this individual told me that she works in the medical field, and she believes or suspects that there’s a possibility of this being a dislocated rib or popped a rib, or something along those lines. And from my research, it’s less severe than a broken rib or fractured rib. But, it can hurt just as badly. I’ll tell you guys this, I heard A bunch of cracking popping noises when this happened. I was doing a minor little cough and boom, for cracks that were very loud. I instantly felt pain and I can’t even walk. I mean I can, but it takes a very long time eith lots of screaming. It’s difficult to raise my hands or do any activity or motion such as picking up a glass of water or pulling up in a drawer or going to the bathroom. This is giving me flashbacks to when I used to work out in the gym, and I would realize that our back muscles are responsible for a lot of daily simple activities and you don’t even realize it. Like opening a door . I might be taking some days off of YouTube for the first time in years.
