FreshOS Theme - Early Access WiP v5

I was quite busy this week so there's not as much changes here. Still need to fix bold font and a few other known issues.

After that fix though, I reckon it's ready to release and maybe move on to something new.

Changes this version:

Generic

- Experimental Smoother Text Scrolling

- Refined Backlight Behaviour

- Theme will add brightness and clicker toggles to the QuickScreen for you.

While Playing Screen

- Experimental Sound Quality Information

Main Menu Battery Widget

- Fixed USB screen's flickering "Connected" label

Known Issues

- Audio Quality Bubble causing scrolling text to reset and album art corners to flicker

- Some characters such as [a d b h n p] look off in the title bar because of the new bold font

- Now Playing Bar Doesn't Show on Enter
