Birthday and Post Op Part 2

There's so much feelings right now

-Pain and Happiness mixed and all over the place

-i developed a flu after the surgery, so I’m in a lot of body pain + can’t breath

- my mom have been taking care of me as I mentioned

- so shout out to the mommy

- in return of her care I've been buying her yummy foods. Got her an early Xmas gift as well. [First photo is us just checking our temporary home/airbnb]

-That 1 slice of Chocolate Financier cake was basically my Birthday “cake” since I didn’t really buy any cake at all. Since my surgery was days later. Didn’t want to fk up my laboratory test.

-There were different items on the menu of Popeyes here and one that caught my eye was their “Fluffy Pancake” . I love it and i would want to buy more O___O maybe tomorrow I will again!

-my moms been craving dim sum a lot so she’s been buying this 12 pack of dimsum for 5$ only. She also bought the same pack for after my surgery.. even when i said NO SOLID food…aghh she can be stubborn lol. But besides that she’s also been buying me porridge and got me some soupy dishes. Oh there’s that photo of me and my mom caressing a Pandan Loaf LOL

-You’ll also see a glimpse of my operation table. It’s funny im so prideful and always thinks general anesthesias are something i can resist but i always fail LOL. Just like before i kept telling the nurse “this wont work on me…this wont work on me” the next sec , i woke up surgery finished lol. But for this time, i was just listening to 3 nurses talk to each other..after hearing the 3rd sentence, i woke up being picking up already by my mom

-my mom help put medicine and clean my sutures. And constantly buying me ice for my ice pack. Without my ice pack id be in so much pain . So right now, it’s my BEST FRIEND

-Oh Yubi X-ray heart reveal?

-For my birth day [before surgery] i thought i was gonna eat something special, but just ended up eating the typical Vietnamese food and ordered vermicelli bowl at the mall. Another mall photo is where my mom’s walking then [i added a horse in the photo and showed my mom] now she’s saying “I DONT REMEMBER SEEING THAT HORSE THERE, HOW DID THEY BRING A HORSE IN THE MALL?!” . SO HILARIOUS LOL, dont worry i told her i added that in cuz i dont want her to think she’s losing her mind lol.

-i added a photo of the escalator cuz me and my mom kept cracking up over a small escalator of 6 steps or so T-T

-Last few photos are her craving for some jolibee and me eating a wasabi French fries! My favorite

-i just realized I have no international data, so I’m worried how I’ll go home if i need to do my last doctors visit. [my mom will be going back home to USA earlier than me..]how am i to go home without uber apps and such? Lol i guess I’ll have to wave for a ride XD!

-i am going to have my 2nd follow up on Monday- so hopefully all is good again. As long as I’m cleaning my sutures and no bleeding, taking medicines on time, I’ll be good. :)!

-All i do right now is, stay indoors to avoid infection and just watching haunted house /ghost hunting YT videos as i rest. My mom does all the work of buying foods, getting laundry done, buying more medicines and etc. For bed time, i sleep on the couch because i need to be sitting up to maintain good blood flow. i can’t sleep flat at the moment. ;/
