TW: Talking about depression
When you're struggeling, it is so hard to allow yourself to just rest. Do to 'nothing' and let your body and mind just be. All the 'must dues' get in the way and when we don't have the strengh to take care of those, it is easy to spiral into feelings of guilt or hopelessness.
