I Hear You! Discord Update

Hi lovely folks,

The Discord server is our community platform, where you can hangout with other Patrons and talk about everyday life, play fun games and more.
I've gotten some feedback that the Discord server is a bit difficult to navigate and seem a little messy at first glance.

I get it, 100%! There are alot of channels on the server so I've tanken some time to simplify the process for joining the server but also added a simplified map of the server.
