Happy Late Halloween ToT)/ I got sick on Halloween so I couldn't finish this

I almost decided to move on but This has been a tradition of drawing Kitty and Puppy every year for Halloween as different themes

Back to working on the animation this month hehe, more animation WIPs soon >;3c
