October fashion - Day 6

Early post today since my roommate and I are driving to see Hadestown! 

Eloise (she/her) is Lorette's older (by a generation) sister, and a judge in the "battle of the bands" competition most of the characters are involved in. She won the competition years ago, and her career has skyrocketed ever since. She and Lorette really dislike each other.
Eloise's fashion is restrained and ethereal, with never a thread out of place. I really want to play up the contrast in she and Lorette's style this month!
