Tier Changes for 2025 - feedback needed!

I hope your 2025 is going well so far?!
(So this will be a LONG post; I apologise now....)
In the community chat before xmas, I floated the idea of creating a "one tier to rule them all' - single Tier to simplify Patreon for everyone going forward...I wanted to make an official post with my idea and then get your feedback and notes on how we can execute it.
The reason for this is that I want to simplify my workflow (honestly I am getting confused with who gets what and when!) and make it easier for everyone to access all perks at all times.
This is how I imagine it looking like: (these perks are per month)
TIER 0 - LURKER - FREE
Name in draw to win a FREE month of Patreon (the full works)
TIER 1 - Pay As You Go - £1 (previously Dr. Hasting Tier)
Access to ad-free youtube videos (uncropped)
Access to group chat - with LIVE audio
Access to Patreon Feed which will show you what new content is available to purchase, plus updates and Behind the Scenes
Access to monthly store discounts - purchase content at discounted rates
Name in draw to win a FREE month of Patreon (the full works)
24 hour early access to YouTube Videos
TIER 2 - THE FULL WORKS - £20 (previously the Elite Tier)
Access to LIVE streaming events hosted through Patreon
Name in draw to win a FREE month of Patreon (refunded that month)
Name in the draw to win a FREE custom video up to 20mins long!
PRIORITY in custom video openings
Access to the entire Patreon back catalogue of over 1000 posts/videos/photosets and more
Access to ad-free youtube videos
Patreon Cuts' of YouTube Videos
24 hour early access to YouTube Videos
Access to group chat - with LIVE audio
Access to Patreon Feed
3 Exclusive Videos
1 Exclusive Photoset (sometimes this will be replaced by a video or audio)
Audio Only Downloads of YouTube Videos and Exclusive Videos (for SFW environments)
Bonus videos/audios/photos
How it would work for existing Patreons and those on other tiers:
The £5 / £10 tier will become unpublished instead of deleted - so all existing patrons will remain on that tier so they can still access content - however - no new content from an agreed date (I am thinking February) will be posted there.
No new members can sign up for those unpublished tiers. The tier will be completely deleted once everyone on those tiers has either canceled or upgraded.
Those on the Elite Tier currently not need to do anything - only the name of the tier will change.
To help those on unpulished tiers to make the upgrade (if they want to), I will make the first month the new tier goes live (February) 50% off. So, if you were originally on the £10 tier, you are still paying £10. If you are on the £5 tier, the upgrade would only be £5 instead of £15. For the first month of February. However, I believe that you would have to unscribrie (Hopefully that makes sense!)
A note for those who have paid annually
To upgrade an annual membership on Patreon, you can:
Go to the Manage Memberships button, which is the pencil icon in the left navigation
Click Edit for the membership you want to change
Click Edit in the Summary section
Select the new tier at an annual level
Review the details on the checkout page
Click Update
When you upgrade an annual membership, you'll be credited a pro-rated amount of what you've already paid, and you'll pay the remaining cost. The upgrade will extend your year term from the date of the upgrade.
Hopefully I can also set up annual memberships to receive the discount as above...
So thats is it in a nutshell. Thoughts, feedback and suggestions are most welcome!
